The Grill @ LUXE Villas is a sophisticated yet casual fine dining restaurant overlooking the surrounding rice paddies. Â Being part of a boutique hotel, the restaurant was designed to function for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Â It morphs for all times of the day and takes on a more moody and glamourous character in the evening hours.
The color palette was inspired by the surrounding rice paddies and natural environment with focus on tones of blues and green-blues along with earthy neutrals. Â The seating floorplan layout required thoughtful space planning as the footprint of the restaurant was long in depth but narrow in width. Â Warm woods and tactile upholstery softened the modern architecture. Â A timber-backed and illuminated wine rack was designed to showcase an outstanding selection of wines from around the world.
