The Summit Duplex Hong Kong is the epitome of sophisticated high-rise city living. After recently completing our Client’s villa compound in Bali, we were requested to do the interiors for her newly acquired Hong Kong Duplex that would serve as her primary residence. She envisioned her duplex to be a sophisticated international mix of contemporary European style paired with Chinese and Indonesian furniture and curated artifacts.
After months of production and preparations, our forty-foot container filled with custom furnishings, bespoke softgoods, and Southeast Asian art made its way to Hong Kong for installation in this stunning duplex apartment. Chinese antiques were sourced in Hong Kong to complete the vision. The Client has hosted many VIP dinner parties showcasing her stylish and contemporary residence in the sky.
The interior design brings together contemporary European influences with Chinese and Indonesian furniture, creating a sophisticated international aesthetic that reflects the Client’s personal collection and lifestyle. Custom furnishings and bespoke softgoods were produced specifically for the residence, while carefully curated art and artifacts add character and individuality to the interiors.
Art and artifacts curation was an integral part of the project, combining Southeast Asian art with Chinese antiques sourced locally in Hong Kong. The collection creates a distinctive visual dialogue between different cultural influences while maintaining a cohesive and contemporary interior environment.
The result is a sophisticated high-rise luxury duplex that combines contemporary European style with Chinese and Indonesian furniture, Southeast Asian art, custom furnishings, and curated artifacts. The Summit Duplex demonstrates an international approach to interior design that brings together diverse cultural references within a refined Hong Kong residence.
