Property Type: Transitional Heritage Golf Course Villa
Location: Tanah Lot, Bali
Scope of Work: Extensive Villa Renovation, Site Supervision, Exterior Finishes, Interior Design, Custom Furnishings, Soft Goods, and Interior Styling
Villa Senja has a tropical colonial-contemporary vibe that was a complete refresh of an aging villa. New and repurposed furniture, a fresh softgoods package, and more minimal-looking window treatments brought the villa back to its welcoming roots. The color palette was deliberately moody, earthy, and sophisticated.
There is an undercurrent of romanticism throughout the interiors that enhances the intimate spaces. Fabrics are soft and textural, woods are dark and rich, and Balinese-inspired home accessories and artworks give the villa a sense of place.
The extensive villa renovation focused on refreshing the aging property while preserving its welcoming character and distinctive tropical colonial-contemporary atmosphere. Interior design, custom furnishings, soft goods, and carefully selected finishes were introduced to create a more sophisticated and cohesive residential environment.
The result is an intimate and sophisticated golf course villa in Tanah Lot, Bali, balancing tropical colonial influences with contemporary interiors, rich natural materials, moody colors, and a relaxed sense of place.
